WHAT WE USE

We use the contact and delivery information you provide to create account access, maintain your order record, communicate delivery updates and handle return, refund or care requests.

ORDER RECORDS

Your order number, invoice reference, delivery status and request history exist so you can track an order or resolve an aftercare question. Payment credentials should be processed by the selected payment service, not stored in the storefront profile.

NOTIFICATIONS

Delivery, account and private-service notices are controlled from Notifications. You can adjust non-essential updates without affecting transactional messages for an active order.

WALLET & ADDRESSES

Saved wallet preferences and delivery addresses are account conveniences. They can be edited or removed from their respective service screens at any time.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of the information associated with an account, subject to records we need to retain for an active order, return or legal obligation.
