ORDERS & AVAILABILITY

An order is a request to reserve the selected first-edition object. Availability is confirmed in your order record before fulfilment begins. Prices shown in the storefront include the currency displayed beside the object; delivery and local taxes are confirmed at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS

An order can be cancelled while its status is Processing. Once a fulfilment label is created, use the Returns & Refunds service in your account and we will guide the next available option.

DELIVERY & TRACKING

We use tracked delivery for every dispatched order. When an order is marked Delivered, the tracking record and an invoice reference remain available from Orders & Tracking.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unused, complete objects may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery. Returned pieces are assessed once received. If approved, a refund is issued to the original method according to the selected payment provider’s processing time.

CARE & WARRANTY

Material, care and included-component information is listed on every product page. For a manufacturing issue or a repair question, begin a request through your account so we can reference the original order.
